August 17 ------ Talented Filipino kids Victoria Alsina, Joshua Regala, and Justine Afante have made it through the Battle rounds of The Voice Kids UK 2020. According to the results published by Tellymix.co.uk on August 15, seven-year-old Victoria, who is from Team Will.i.am, bested contenders Misha and Ruby M during their performance of Taylor Swift’s “Shake It Off.”
Meanwhile, coach Pixie Lott chose Joshua over Maylah and Ned during their Sam Brown’s “Stop” performance. Likewise, Justine won over Jai-Jae and Jemima during their Andra Day’s “Rise Up” set. She is also part of Team Pixie. All three will advance to the semi-finals round next week.
Aside from Victoria, Joshua and Justine, Jarren Garcia also passed the blind auditions and became part of this year’s The Voice Kids UK. The Voice Kids UK 2020 airs Saturday nights overseas.
