MANILA, Philippines, April 7 ------ The ABS-CBN Ball 2025 lit up the local entertainment scene as it gathered the country's biggest stars for a dazzling evening of fashion, fellowship, and philanthropy. Held at Solaire Resort North, this year's ball embraced the theme "Brighter Together" a celebration of hope and unity inspired by the season of spring.

Formerly known as the Star Magic Ball, the annual event continues to be an event of glamor and generosity, bringing together celebrities and creatives from across the entertainment industry while raising funds for the ABS-CBN Foundation. Beyond the couture and cameras, the Ball remains committed to supporting programs focused on child welfare, disaster response, environmental protection, and education.

On the red carpet, Kapamilya actresses brought full force and finesse, each one making a fashion statement that reflected their personal style. Nadine Lustre was a vision in Rajo Laurel's sculptural "Nautilus" gown, while Anne Curtis set the carpet ablaze in a fiery red ensemble by Nicole + Felicia. Kathryn Bernardo exuded quiet sophistication in an elegant Anthony Ramirez piece, while Kim Chiu made a bold, skin-baring statement in Francis Libiran. Janine Gutierrez glowed in a romantic, rosy Mark Bumgarner creation, and Maymay Entrata stunned in a structured Michael Cinco gown that had her looking like a high-fashion runway muse.

Shaina Magdayao brought timeless grace in Neric Beltran, Maris Racal embraced vibrant flair in a purple Ehrran Montoya design, and Heart Evangelista — who came from another event earlier that night — stopped the show in a regal blue Schiaparelli gown. Meanwhile, P-Pop girl group BINI glistened as a unit in coordinated but unique gowns by Michael Cinco.

Not to be outshone, the men stepped up with modern flair and classic tailoring. Piolo Pascual looked effortlessly sharp in Paul Cabral, while Kyle Echarri added a youthful edge in Jot Losa. Enchong Dee brought drama in Boom Sason, and Raymond Gutierrez impressed in an avant-garde Rajo Laurel look. Anthony Jennings, Elijah Canlas, and Robbie Jaworski made confident appearances alongside industry veterans like Vhong Navarro, while P-Pop boy group BGYO added a dose of cool charisma to the evening's fashion parade.

One of the evening's highlights was the emergence of the best-dressed celebrity pairs who lit up the carpet in style. Coco Martin, in a classic Suit It Up look, and Julia Montes, radiant in Vania Romoff, proved why they remain one of the industry's most admired tandems. Paulo Avelino and Kim Chiu paired sophistication and sexiness in designs by Joey Samson and Francis Libiran, respectively. RK Bagatsing stood out in a butter yellow suit beside Jane Oineza, who wore a soft, elegant piece by Wear Easy. KD Estrada and Alexa Ilacad charmed fans in Francis Libiran and Vee Tan ensembles, while Donny Pangilinan and Belle Mariano were picture-perfect in Antonina and Francis Libiran.

Jake Cuenca and Chie Filomeno went for a rich palette of brown and blush, exuding modern romance, while Julia Barretto and Gerald Anderson brought their signature poise in Helsa Studio and a plum-toned suit. James Reid and Issa Pressman leaned into minimalism with neutral, tailored looks, and real-life couples like Maine Mendoza and Arjo Atayde, Iza Calzado and Ben Wintle, and Vicki Belo and Hayden Kho add to the stylish evening.

While the ABS-CBN Ball continues to serve as a major fashion event on the local entertainment calendar, its true essence lies in the cause it champions. The proceeds raised from this gathering of stars directly support the ABS-CBN Foundation's mission to uplift lives and build better communities.
