Sharon Cuneta receives pendant with Fanny Serrano’s ashes

June 3 ------ Sharon Cuneta, who has known Fanny Serrano for decades, was given a necklace with a pendant containing ashes of the late celebrity makeup artist and stylist.

The Megastar showed the necklace which came from Serrano’s daughter, through Cuneta’s Instagram page. “The sealed pendant/locket holds a bit of Tita Fanny’s ashes,” she said. “This will forever be precious to me.” In a separate post, Cuneta gave a glimpse of a folder made by Serrano which was a compilation of the actress’ magazine covers. “I miss Tita fanny so much…seems like there is no end to these heartbreaks,” she said. “His sister Ate Sonya just sent this folder that TF made to my assistant. One of many.”

Cuneta then expressed her longing for the makeup artist, saying he is still in her thoughts all the time. “Wherever you are, my dearest TF…I love you very much and think about you all the time,” she added. “I don’t know when the pain in my heart will go away, but I know that I will miss and love you forever.” Serrano passed away last month at the age of 72. Cuneta paid tribute to him by thanking him for comforting her on “many occasions over all these three decades.”
