December 12 ------ Josh of SB19 has collaborated with the nonprofit organization Reach Out and Feed Philippines Inc. to support vulnerable children in Tondo, Manila. The P-pop sensation previously graced the outreach program that was held at the San Pablo Apostol Parish in Tondo, Manila, where he performed tracks from his debut solo album, “Lost & Found,” including “No Control” and “1999,” as well as SB19’s popular hit “GENTO.”
In his speech, the OPM star shared his humble beginnings and inspired the children to dream despite the adversities of life. According to Josh said he is “grateful to be part of the campaign.” “This experience has shown me how even small collective efforts can lead to real, meaningful change. I’m grateful to be part of a campaign that not only provides support but also brings joy to the community," he said in a statement. He also believes that music and arts have a “unique ability to inspire social change.” “Music connects people, builds empathy, and provides a platform for voices that may otherwise go unheard,” he explained. “In local communities, the arts can create a sense of belonging, strengthen bonds, and spark positive change,” Josh added.
The outreach initiative is part of Sony Music Entertainment Philippines’s “Season of Giving” campaign, which aims to address malnutrition and environmental challenges that contribute to poor health communities across the country.
