Priscilla Meirelles wins new beauty title, Teresa Loyzaga fulfills pageantry dreams

December 13 ------ Beauty queen-actress Priscilla Meirelles and “glamama” Teresa Loyzaga both received their new personal milestones as they were crowned as Noble Queen Nations, and Noble Queen Worldwide, respectively. The pageant was mounted by the Noble Queen of the Universe Ltd. Inc. (NQULI), an international pageant organization, which held its 2024 edition in the country recently, coinciding with its 6th anniversary.

In her Instagram post, Meirelles said she is touched and honored to be receiving another beauty pageant crown, this time from the Noble Queen of the Universe community. She previously obtained her Miss Globe International title in 2003, and Miss Earth crown in 2004. “Thanks to this amazing organization @noblequeenuniverseofficial for supporting and celebrating women through their accomplishments, big or small. Let’s aspire to inspire one another, to support and celebrate women as the queens they are, because real queens fix each other’s crowns,” she said.

Meanwhile, Loyzaga who is already a grandmother at 59, courtesy of son Diego Loyzaga, said her crown as Miss Noble Queen Worldwide is a dream come true.“Last night was a moment I will forever cherish. As little girls, many of us dream of becoming princesses, queens, or wearing a crown at least once in our lives. For me, that dream came true at the age of 59. I had the privilege of wearing a crown that symbolizes something far greater than just beauty—it represents kindness, purpose, and service,” she said in a long post also on Instagram. Loyzaga also thanked former actress-beauty queen Patricia Javier for supporting her in this endeavor. “I am deeply grateful to have been embraced by a group of remarkable women, beautiful queens who share a common mission: to spread kindness through their unique advocacies… Together, with camaraderie and shared passion, we move forward, striving to bring happiness to others. Though our methods may differ, our goal remains the same—to make the world a little brighter through kindness,” she said. “A special thanks to my sister Patricia Javier for her unwavering support. Being part of this incredible sisterhood is a true honor,” she further said.
