Mikee Quintos successfully defends thesis: 'Finally graduating after 10 years in college'

April 23 ------ Mikee Quintos has successfully defended her thesis! On Instagram Stories Tuesday, the Sparkle star and architecture student at University of Santo Tomas shared clips and photos from her thesis defense this morning. 

In one clip, Mikee can be seen preparing her presentation. In another, she is seen presenting her thesis' problem statement to the panelists. Another clip showed a nervous Mikee outside the room as she waits for her grade. She was eventually called back in. "POV: your thesis jury just gave you your final grade and you're finally graduating after 10 years in college," she wrote in her video. Mikee also shared a selfie with her thesis adviser as she proudly held up a bound copy of her thesis. 

In February, Mikee conducted a survey in GMA Network Center for her thesis. She placed boards around the compound with a QR code for GMA employees and visitors to scan. The QR code led to a short survey about issues and improvements in the area, such as lighting, side walks, and traffic. 

Mikee currently stars in "Slay," GMA Network's frst Viu Original, alongside Julie Anne San Jose, Ysabel Ortega, Derrick Monasterio, and Gabbi Garcia.
