MANILA, December 18 ------ Francine Diaz and Seth Fedelin had to shake off some nerves even as they expressed their gratitude during the premiere of their movie, "My Future You," at a mall in Ortigas. Of the ten entries to the Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF) this year, "My Future You" is the first to schedule a special screening.
Diaz and Fedelin were joined in the red carpet by their co-stars in the Regal Entertainment film -- Christian Vasquez, Almira Muhlach, Vance Larena -- as well as director Crisanto Aquino. The two lead stars held hands throughout the night, much to the delight of the fans who attended the special screening. "Pasmado na 'yung kamay ko," said Diaz. "Kinakabahan kami pero kaya namin ito," added Fedelin. "Buo ang loob namin at sobrang saya namin."
Diaz acknowledged that she and Fedelin were both nervous, as this is their first movie together. "And of course, official entry for the MMFF. Hindi ko siya ma-describe, halo-halo [ang feelings]," she said. "Pero grateful kami at excited kami ngayong gabi."
