February 5 ------ David Licauco opened up about his journey as an entrepreneur. The actor took a trip down memory lane and reminisced about growing his restaurant business, Sobra. "My personal entry for how we started vs how it’s going. What I learned from Sobra from the past 4 years is that when you’re passionate about something, you’ll go the extra mile to achieve it," he remarked. David highlighted that there's a lot that goes on behind the scenes in order to maintain and grow a business.
"What you mostly see on social media is only the tip of the iceberg. What people don’t see is the work you put in behind the scenes. From booking a rider and posting on random Viber community groups, to going up and down an elevator and sourcing the best suppliers, and so much more," he recounted.
The actor confessed that while it's challenging, seeing his business thrive has been rewarding. "All of these may seem tiring & daunting, but it’s definitely rewarding when you see the fruits of your labor. Hehe to those who are dreaming, keep chasing your dreams!" he said.
