Bea Alonzo — actress, investor and real estate advocate

February 25 ------ Bea Alonzo is widely known for her top-notch performances on screen, but behind the glitz and glamour of showbiz, she is also a smart investor, especially when it comes to real estate. For the past decade, Alonzo has been a proud ambassador and investor with real estate developer Sta. Lucia Land Inc. "Sta. Lucia feels like family. It has already been a decade, but I don't feel like I've been with them for 10 years. It feels like home, to be honest — pun intended. But I'm very grateful that they include me in important events," Alonzo said in an interview with the press.

Sharing the factors she considers before purchasing a property, she noted, "I prioritize accessibility, I prioritize community and the community that they build around the area, I prioritize security." Her journey with Sta. Lucia began with her first home purchase, a decision she describes as one of the best investments she has made. "The first home that I ever bought was with Sta. Lucia, so based on my personal experience, it was really a beautiful journey with Sta. Lucia. They worked with me every step of the way, and I feel like investing in one of their properties was actually one of the best decisions I've made," she said.

Alonzo believes that such diverse offerings provide investors with numerous options tailored to different lifestyles and investment goals. "As a property investor, I have many options to choose from that would fit my lifestyle, and I also want to raise awareness among my audience that real estate is one of the best investments you can make," Alonzo enthused.

Alonzo is also committed to educating aspiring investors about the benefits of property investment. She then offers valuable advice to those considering real estate for the first time. "I know many people who invest but later realize that it does not fit the lifestyle they want. So first, make sure it fits your lifestyle. Also, I think it's important to make sure you are ready. When I say that, sometimes we delay our plans because we feel we are not ready, but actually, the best time is now. Sometimes you have to take risks, but they should be calculated risks," she explained.
