Homemade Kiwi Sorbet Recipe

This homemade Kiwi Sorbet is a simple yet delicious frozen treat. It's easy to make using only four basic ingredients and comes together within a matter of minutes. The hardest part is waiting around for it to freeze before devouring! It's the most perfect, sweet and refreshing treat for summer. Make this today!

Things You'll Need:

- 12 large kiwifruits
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup full-fat coconut milk or cream
- Zest and juice from a small lime

Step 1: Cut the Kiwifruits
Peel the skins from the kiwifruits, then roughly chop them up into cubes.

Step 2: Blend
Place the kiwifruits, sugar, coconut milk or cream, lime zest and juice in the bowl of a food processor or blender.

Blend to form a very smooth puree, about a minute.

Step 3: Freeze
Pour the mixture into a small metal loaf or cake pan and smooth into an even layer.

Step 4: Serve
Use a just warm ice cream scoop or large-size spoon to scoop the sorbet from the pan and into serving bowls. Serve immediately.

If your sorbet is a little too firm, let it sit at room temperature for 10 minutes before scooping and serving. The sorbet is best kept covered for up to 2 months in the freezer.
