The Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) through the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) recognized the International Mariners Management Association of Japan (IMMAJ), Philippine-Japan Manning Consultative Council Inc. IMMAJ Chairman Capt. Masami Sasaki, PJMCC President Eduardo U.
